Requirements

  • You have several years of experience as a housemanager, preferably on a comparable UHNW luxury property
  • You love to travel occasionally to the other properties to ensure that the standards are met
  • You react quickly and professionally to new circumstances and requirements
  • You are a warm and cosmopolitan personality and you work discreetly and with care
  • Your knowledge also includes the handling and cleaning of high-quality materials like marble and parquet
  • You have excellent language skills in English, also preferred in French, the family would also be happy if you speak German
  • A complete curriculum vitae is required
  • You have a valid drivers license and an EU passport

Tasks

  • Coordination of properties in Munich/Germany, Austria and France  
  • Due to your careful working method you guarantee a pleasant cooperation of all departments on the properties
  • You manage up to 15 employees and conduct training courses to maintain outstanding 5* standards at all locations
  • You are the communication interface between all employees and look forward to new challenges every day
  • An open ear for the concerns of the co-workers is taken for granted
  • You love to coordinate maintenance work on the property taking into account the budget
  • You take cake of the bookkeeping and ensure that the planned budget is adhered to
  • You coordinate the term of the external craftsman
