Requirements

  • Previous experience working with UHNWI (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals) in private households or luxury estates is highly desirable.
  • Must ideally be bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with the team and principals.
  • Highly organized with excellent administrative skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a natural ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a calm demeanor in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
  • Upholds discretion, confidentiality, and a collaborative team spirit.

Tasks

  • Oversee daily operations and staff management across multiple departments (housekeeping, security, maintenance, kitchen, childcare…) and residences.
  • Act as the liaison between the principal, staff members, and external service providers to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Manage household manuals, procedures, budgets and daily reporting.
  • Provide administrative support, including communication with external management teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Oversee and organize the daily schedules of household staff to maintain top-tier service standards.
  • Implement efficient systems and processes for all aspects of household operations.
  • Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and a quick problem-solving approach.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to re-locate.
