- Extensive experience as a House Manager & Butler, preferably in a comparable private estate.
- Ideally, you have completed a traditional British or European butler training.
- Ability to react quickly and professionally to changing circumstances and requirements.
- Warm, cosmopolitan personality with discreet and detail-oriented work ethics.
- Fluent English (native speaker level); Arabic skills are not required.
Tasks
Household Management:
- Overseeing and coordinating a 10-person household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and gardeners, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Acting as the central communication interface between employees and the principal.
- Maintaining an efficient and harmonious work environment, ensuring seamless cooperation between all departments.
- Managing maintenance work on the property while keeping budget requirements in mind.
Personal Butler Duties:
- Serving as the principal’s personal butler and primary point of contact, providing tailored and attentive service.
- Anticipating and fulfilling the principal’s needs with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Overseeing household inventory management, ensuring provisions and special requests are met.
- Managing and caring for the principal’s wardrobe, including wardrobe planning, cleaning, and preparation.
- Upholding the highest standards of security and confidentiality, ensuring privacy and safety at all times.
