Private Head Chef (m/w/d), Principality of Monaco

We are looking for a talented and very experienced private head chef to support an international and well-established family in the Principality of Monaco. This year-round employment offers the opportunity to work in an exclusive and refined environment. You will be responsible for delivering a culinary experience of the highest standard, tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements. This role is ideal for a chef who combines creativity with structure, who works independently, and who understands the discretion and service mindset required in an UHNW private household. The core tasks also include managing and leading the kitchen team, budget responsibility, and coordinating purchasing.
There are 3 adults and two kids, and the Private Head Chef is exklusively cooking for 2 adults whilst supervising his staff cooking for the rest of the household.
