Getting to know you

We give ourselves enough time to understand your everyday life. For instance, what is a normal day like for you, when does life get stressful, in what areas do you need help? What qualities are important to you? Who is already part of your household? This creates a clear and realistic search profile.

We search (and find)

Every application is personally vetted by us and discussed by the team. We take a close look at each CV, all certificates and every letter of reference. Talented professionals who we consider suitable for the job then come to meet the OPMG team, as this enables us to contribute our expertise and personal intuition alongside the facts involved. Our team recognizes which talented professionals are already a perfect match for you and which “rough diamonds” still need a bit of shaping. We interview the candidates and subsequently prepare the dossiers for your viewing.

3.

The interview

You take a look at the dossiers and meet up with a smaller selection of candidates, either in person or online. This is generally followed by another conversation, a trial period of work, and then contract negotiations between you and the person you have chosen. We prepare you for the interviews, structure the appointments, and afterwards we obtain feedback from both sides.

Kick-off

Subsequently, you will need to clarify the framework conditions, discuss terms and conditions, and specify the start date. When both parties have reached an agreement and the work contract has been signed, the new member of your team becomes your employee. The aim is to pave the way for a clear, pleasant start, both for you and your new team member.

5.

We’re there for you

After successful placement, we remain at your side. You can always come to us if questions arise, processes need adapting, or your needs change. This allows a pleasant start to grow into long-term collaboration.
