What qualities are important to you? Who is already part of your household? This creates a clear and realistic search profile.

Every application is personally vetted by us and discussed by the team. We take a close look at each CV, all certificates and every letter of reference. Talented professionals who we consider suitable for the job then come to meet the OPMG team, as this enables us to contribute our expertise and personal intuition alongside the facts involved. Our team recognizes which talented professionals are already a perfect match for you and which “rough diamonds” still need a bit of shaping. We interview the candidates and subsequently prepare the dossiers for your viewing.

You take a look at the dossiers and meet up with a smaller selection of candidates, either in person or online. This is generally followed by another conversation, a trial period of work, and then contract negotiations between you and the person you have chosen. We prepare you for the interviews, structure the appointments, and afterwards we obtain feedback from both sides.

Subsequently, you will need to clarify the framework conditions, discuss terms and conditions, and specify the start date. When both parties have reached an agreement and the work contract has been signed, the new member of your team becomes your employee. The aim is to pave the way for a clear, pleasant start, both for you and your new team member.

After successful placement, we remain at your side. You can always come to us if questions arise, processes need adapting, or your needs change. This allows a pleasant start to grow into long-term collaboration.

As a first step, we would like to understand how you would like to work – assuming you have submitted an on-spec application: For instance, what position are you looking for, how much responsibility would you like to have, what is your idea of a good working day? We talk about your experience, your strengths, and the situations in which you feel at ease. If you are applying for a specific vacancy, we move straight onto Step 2.

Your documents are personally vetted by us and discussed by the team. CV, certificates and references are carefully checked – not just to ensure everything is true, but also to see if the position would be a good fit for you, both professionally and personally. Suitable candidates meet up with the OPMG team in a preliminary interview. This enables us to see if you match a profile or if you could grow into a new role as a “rough diamond”.

Next, we send your candidate dossier to the client in question. The family then decides if they would like to meet you. In the case of a positive response, we link you up with each other and help coordinate appointments. You meet up with the client – in person or online. After the interviews, we obtain feedback from both sides and discuss how you feel about the contact and what next steps would be suitable.

If both sides feel right with each other, this is followed by further talks, a trial period of work and contract negotiations. We accompany you throughout the entire process as a personal support. You are responsible for obtaining advice relating to labour law and the negotiation of terms and conditions.

Our collaboration doesn’t end when the contract is signed. Even after you have started work, we remain at your side should questions arise, processes change or the situation develops in any way.
